Privacy Policy
Your trust is our priority. Here is how we protect your data at Tikiti.
We collect account identifiers, ticket-holder name, email, phone number, ticket and check-in records, organizer verification documents, payment references, device diagnostics, and information you submit to support Tikiti operations.
We use data to authenticate accounts, process and reconcile payments, issue tickets, prevent fraud, manage entry, settle organizer earnings, resolve refunds, provide support, and send alerts you request. We do not sell personal information.
All payment transactions are processed securely through PayChangu. Tikiti does not store your mobile money PINs or sensitive bank credentials on our servers.
The organizer of an event can access attendee name, email, phone number, ticket tier, purchase amount, and check-in status for operating that event. Administrators can access records needed for security, support, verification, refunds, and payouts.
Tickets may be saved on your device for offline use. Transaction and audit records are retained as required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Verification documents should be deleted when they are no longer required.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal data and may unsubscribe from marketing. Financial, fraud, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained after an account request.
