By using Tikiti, you agree to these rules. We provide a way to find and buy official tickets safely in Malawi.
The total shown at checkout is charged through PayChangu. A ticket is issued only after provider confirmation. Inventory is reserved briefly during checkout and may be released if payment is not completed in time.
You must show your digital ticket for scanning at the gate. Each code works only once to prevent copies.
Please provide correct info. Any attempt to use fake or copied tickets will result in being banned from the platform.
When Tikiti marks an event cancelled, its tickets become void and paid transactions enter refund review. Refund timing and payment-channel fees can depend on the payment provider. Event-specific refund terms must be shown before purchase.
Material changes to an approved event may require a new review. Organizers are responsible for accurate event details and lawful delivery. Tikiti may unlist unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant events.
